Rollbook Transfer Validation Exception Report (ASSRC450)

This report is part of Callista Staff Connect and displays the exceptions from an instance of the Transfer Grades function.

To run this report Click on the Rollbook Transfer Validation Exception Report (ASSRC450) option in the Staff Connenct menu.
Select a Log Creation Date value and an Output Format in the Parameter Screen and then click on the Intermediate or Batch button depending on the Run Mode required.

The Creation Date parameter allows the user to select the instance of the Transfer Grades job for which the report is required.
For the selected instance of the job, this report displays data from the s_log_entry table where the s_log_entry is ‘ASS-TRS-RB’.

The sort order of the report is by:

1. Rollbook ID
2. Surname
3. Given Names
4. Unit Code
5. Location Code
6. Unit Mode
7. Unit Class

Person details for a student are derived from the PERSON or ROLL_POTENTIAL_STDNT table as applicable.
The existing grade will be the grade from the student unit attempt outcome record with the latest outcome date for the person ID, unit code and teaching period (cal_type and ci_sequence_number).
All other fields will be displayed directly from s_log_entry.

In the Summary Section of the Report:

Records in Error is the number of records with an exception type of ‘ERROR’, ‘DUPLICATE’ or ‘DUPLICATEHOLD’.
Warnings produced is the number of records with an exception type of ‘WARNING’.
Clean Records is the number of records with an exception type of ‘LOADED’ or ‘HOLDING’.
