Connect. The cover sheet is generated in PDF format. The assignment cover sheets

The Tracking
ID is presented in bar code font. This bar code which will allow the institution
to track the progress of the assignment as it passes through the assessment
process.

Assignment
Cover Sheets Application Process:
- Check
if the unit, course and assignment are valid for the student
- Unit
and course is ENROLLED
- Perform
validation for a correspondence type of COVERSHEET and the 'block when encumbered'
indicator
- Return
the person's details and alternate Person ID(not displayed)
- Return
the current correspondence address for display
- Return
the course and unit details along with any calendar details (teaching and
academic) for display
- Return
the relevant details about the assignment for display
