Purpose

This form enables the display and maintenance of the Incoming Correspopndence linked to a Service Request or Person Service Request.

This form allows the display and maintenance of the Incoming Correspondence linked to a Service Request or Person Service Request. It is accessed in context from Record Service Request (SRMF1000) and Maintain Person Service Request (SRMF2000).

Users with delete access to the context correspondence type will be able to delete a Service Request Incoming Correspondence record – i.e. remove the link between the Service Request and the Incoming Correspondence.

This form is accessed from the main menu, through the Incoming Correspondence button in SRMF1000 or through Record Person Service Request (SRMF2000).

The Person Service Request block contains:

• Person ID
• Request ID
• Category
• Status
• Request Date

The Service Request block contains (when called from SRMF1000):

• Request ID
• Category
• Status
• Request Date

The Service Request Incoming Correspondence block contains:

• Ref Number
• Sender Name
• Date Received
• Time
• Status
• Subject

Rules/Notes:

Validations include:

• A record within this form can only be deleted if the Status of the Service Request is 'REGISTERED' or 'ACTIVE'.
• A user cannot delete a record in this form if they do not have 'DELETE' privileges for the Correspondence Type.
• A user cannot view the Attachments tab fields of this form if they do not have 'SELECT' privelige for that Correspondence Type.

The Open Message button opens CORF2710 and displays the message content.

The Open button is used to open the Filename attachments for viewing by opening a browser window.
