CORF2710 - Display Message

To display message content of Incoming Correspondence

This form enables the display of the Message Content of Incoming Correspondence. It is accessed in context from the Open Message button under the 'Message Content' tab of Maintain Service Request Incoming Correspondence (SRMF2300) and through the Open Message button under the 'Message Content' tab of Maintain Incoming Correspondence (CORF3000).

The form displays correspondence ASCII text format and Message Content only. It does not display Correspondence Attachment details.

 

The block contains:

  • From
  • To
  • Date Received
  • Time
  • Subject
  • Message Content

Rules/Notes:

A query is always in context. User cannot query additional records.

The 'From' field is displayed as sender name and address. For example, Mary Smith <mary.smith@yahoo.com.au>.

The 'To' field is displayed as Username and server. For example, stu_centre@ecu.edu.au.

When the 'Back' button is pressed, the user is returned to the calling form.

Display as: ‘username@server’. Example: stu_centre@ecu.edu.au

CORD.MESSAGE_CONTENT Message Content Display Item
