The Person Service Request block

An example of using SRMF2100.

An Administrator may run a search on all Enquiries for the Owner Org Unit with a Request Status of 'INPROGRESS'. This search is likely to return more than one record in the Person Service Request block. The Administrator can then look down the list and bring up details on any that he/she believes require particular attention by selecting the 'Select' button and being taken to Record Person Service Request (SRMF2000).
