This form displays all eligibility criteria that the context applicant has provided responses for and also the scholarship applications that the applicant has applied for.

Different scholarships can be defined with identical eligibility criteria. When an applicant applies for more than one scholarship through Applicant Portal they are asked each question only once, and their responses are applied to all scholarships and scores may be derived for responses given.

This form enables a user to provide an override score and reason to an individual scholarship which they can also apply to the same criterion across multiple scholarships for which the applicant has applied.

When the ‘Apply to All’ button is selected, a warning appears for the user to decide whether they apply that score to all instances of that criterion or just instances which do not already have a score applied. Once a score is applied to all scholarships, the user is still able to amend scores on an individual scholarship basis if required.

This form may be accessed from the Callista Menu.
