This form allows the user to define Scholarship Application Statuses to be used when a Scholarship Application is created and processed by an applicant or a scholarship administrator.  It allows the scholarship administrator to map their local Scholarship Application Statuses to system-defined Scholarship Application Statuses and record an Explanation of the status. These Scholarship Application Statuses are displayed in SCHF1020, SCHF1030, SCHF1040 and SCHF1050.

This form can be accessed from the main menu.

The Scholarship Application Status block contains:

• Scholarship Application Status
• Description
• System Scholarship Application Status
• System Default check box
• Closed check box
• Explanation

Rules/Notes:

To create a new Scholarship Application Status:

• Enter Insert mode
• Enter the new Scholarship Application Status to be defined
• Enter the corresponding description for the Scholarship Application Status in the Description field
• Select the System Scholarship Application Status this Scholarship Status maps to
• Check system default check box if required
• Enter Explanation details which will be displayed in Online Student Applications
• Save

Rules/Notes:

One and only one Scholarship Application Status can be mapped to a System Scholarship Application Status with the system default indicator set.

• Find the record to be modified
• Modify the record as required
• Save

Rules/Notes:

Once in use, a Scholarship Status should not be modified.

To delete a Scholarship Status:

• Find the record to be deleted
• Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted
• Delete record
• Save

Rules/Notes:

A Scholarship Status can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box.
