PRZF0170 - Maintain Prize Donor Details

The purpose of this form is to associate one or more donors with a prize. These associations are defined for a particular time, with effective start and end dates being specified for each prize-donor relationship.

This form is accessed from the main menu or PRZF0130 (Maintain Prize Detail Type).

 

The Prize Detail block contains:

  • Prize Code
  • Prize Status
  • Prize Name

The Prize Donor block contains:

  • Donor Code
  • Description
  • Start Date
  • End Date

Rules/Notes:

Use this form to record donors for a prize detail. The following information is recorded against the context prize detail:

  • Donor Code - The donor code for the donor to be associated with the prize (the codes are defined in PRZF0160 (Maintain Donor Details)
  • Description - The description for the donor
  • Start Date - The start date for the prize-donor association
  • End Date - The end date for the prize-donor association

Rules/Notes:

An effective Prize Donor cannot be mapped to a donor detail with a system status of INACTIVE or PLANNED.

At least one Donor record must have the same start date as the Prize Detail record.

Prize Donor records must have continuous date ranges, i.e. there can be no gaps between start and end dates.

At least one Prize Donor record must be open-ended to match the Prize Detail record.

If the Prize Detail is end dated, there must be at least one Prize Donor record that is open ended, or with an end date greater than or equal to the Prize Detail end date.

The Prize Donor end date must not be less than the start date.

A Prize Donor record cannot be deleted once the start date has passed.
