To record administrative responsibility for a prize against an organisational unit.

Prize Responsibility Details

 

The purpose of this form is to record a number of organisational units (i.e. Faculties, Schools, etc) against a prize, at a specified time. One of the organisational units must be nominated as the primary contact for such processes as administrative correspondence and verification of reports.

This form is accessed from the main menu or PRZF0100 (Maintain Prize Details).

 

The Prize Detail block contains:

  • Prize Code
  • Prize Status
  • Prize Name

The Prize Responsibility Details block contains:

  • Org Unit Code
  • Org Unit Start Date
  • Primary check box
  • Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Use this form to assign one or more organisational units to a particular prize. The following information is recorded against the context prize:

  • Org Unit Code - The organisational unit to be recorded against the prize detail
  • Org Unit Start Date - The start date for the organisational unit
  • Primary check box - This is selected to indicate that the organisational unit is the primary contact for the prize detail record
  • Closed check box - This is selected to close the corresponding organisational unit

Rules/Notes:

A Prize Responsibility record cannot be opened if it is mapped to an Organisational Unit with a status of INACTIVE.

Each Prize Detail can only have one primary contact Organisational Unit.

A Prize Detail system prize status of ACTIVE or PLANNED can only be mapped with an ACTIVE Organisational Unit.

An Organisational Unit that is designated as 'primary responsible' cannot be closed.
