The purpose of this form is to provide the ability to record information relating to the prize value for a specific prize. This form works with PRZF0130 (Maintain Prize Detail Type) to support the distribution of prize correspondence detailing prize values to donors, potential applicants, recipients and other interested parties.

This form is accessed from PRZF0130 (Maintain Prize Detail Type).

 

The Prize Detail Type block contains:

  • Prize Code
  • Prize Type
  • Override Description

The Prize Value block contains:

  • Prize Value
  • Start Date
  • End Date

Rules/Notes:

Use this form to record a prize value for a prize detail type. The following information is recorded against the context prize detail type:

  • Prize Value - The prize value associated with the prize detail type
  • Start Date - The start date for the prize value
  • End Date - The end date for the prize value

Rules/Notes:

A Prize Value can only be recorded against a Prize Detail Type record that is mapped to a Prize Type with the monetary indicator set to Y.

The Prize Value end date must be greater or equal to the start date.

At least one Prize Value must be effective between the Prize Detail Type start date and end date. Prize Value records must be consecutively dated.

The Prize Value start date cannot be less than the Prize Detail Type start date.

A Prize Value record cannot be deleted once its start date has passed.

Cannot end date all Prize Value records without creating a new Prize Value record that starts the day after the end dated record, unless the Prize Detail Type record has also been end dated.
