The purpose of this form is to assign one or more alternative reference codes to a particular prize. These reference codes enable an institution to categorize prizes according to certain categories such as associated business process and related IT systems (such as a document management system).

This form is accessed from the main menu or PRZF0100 (Maintain Prize Details).

The Prize Detail block contains:

• Prize Code
• Status
• Prize Name

The Prize Reference Code block contains:

• Reference Code Type
• Prize Reference Code
• Description
• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Use this form to assign one or more alternative reference codes to a prize. The following information is recorded against the context prize:

• Reference Code Type - Select one of the system defined reference codes
• Prize Reference Code - Enter a reference code to be associated with the context prize code
• Description - Enter a description for the prize reference code
• Select the Closed check box to close the prize reference code.

Rules/Notes:

A Prize Reference Code cannot be created for a closed Reference Code Type.

Cannot open a Prize Reference Code record if the mapped Reference Code Type is closed.
