This form provides the ability to record institution defined person prize statuses. These insitution defined values are then used throughout the system to define the current prize status of the person prize. Institution defined person prize statuses are mapped to one of the following system defined person prize statuses:

  • POTENTIAL
  • ELIGIBLE
  • INELIGIBLE
  • RECIPIENT

This form is accessed from the main menu.

  • Person Prize Status
  • Description
  • System Person Prize Status
  • Authorised check box
  • Closed check box
  • Explanation

Rules/Notes:

Use this form to record and maintain institution specific definitions for person prize status. To record an institution defined person prize status, perform the following:

  1. Enter the name of the institution defined person prize status in the Person Prize Status field.
  2. Enter a description for the person prize status in the Description field.
  3. Select a system person prize status from the System Person Prize Status LOV.
  4. Selecting the Closed check box prevents the person prize status from being selected as a person prize status
  5. Selecting the Authorised check box results in authorisation details being required if the person prize (in Maintain Prize Detail PRZF0100) is to be set to the person prize status being defined.

Rules/Notes:

A closed System Person Prize Status cannot be associated with a user defined Person Prize Status.

A Person Prize Status record cannot be opened if it's mapped to a closed System Person Prize Status.

The authorised indicator cannot be updated if the Person Prize Status is associated with one or more person prizes.

The System Person Prize Status cannot be updated if its associated with a Person Prize Status that has been associated with one or more prizes.
