This page is used to maintain Proposal Transfer Statuses which are mapped to System Proposal Transfer Statuses. The System Transfer Statuses available are NOT-APPLIC, PENDING, READY, TRANSFER, COMPLETE, CANCELLED and ERROR.
Transfer Statuses defined in this page are displayed in Callista Proposals pages.
This page is reached via the Callista menu and changes are made directly to the page.

| Transfer Status | Name of Transfer Status. Should be at least one for each System Transfer Status. (PROPOSAL_TRANSFER_STATUS.PROPOSAL_TRANSFER_STATUS) |
| Description: | Description of Transfer Status - up to 60 characters. (PROPOSAL_TRANSFER_STATUS.DESCRIPTION) |
| System Transfer Status: | System Transfer Status to which the Transfer Status is mapped. Closed System Transfer Statuses are not available for selection. (PROPOSAL_TRANSFER_STATUS.S_PROPOSAL_TRANSFER_STATUS) |
| System Default | Has YES if this is the default value for Transfer Status on the pages where it appears, NO otherwise. Only one Transfer Status can have YES selected and cannot be set for a closed Proposal Transfer Status. (PROPOSAL_TRANSFER_STATUS.SYS_DFLT_IND) |
| Closed: | Has YES if this Transfer Status is closed, i.e. making it unavailable for selection on the pages where it appears, NO otherwise. (PROPOSAL_TRANSFER_STATUS.CLOSED_IND) |

Transfer Statuses defined in this page are displayed in Callista Proposals pages.
Upon entry to this page, all Proposal Transfer Status records are displayed.
The number of statuses displayed can be reduced by using the either the Quick Search or Advanced Search functions. See also Working with Callista Tables
To add a new Transfer Status click on the New button.
To delete a Transfer Status click on the Delete link for that Transfer Status record. If a Transfer status has already been allocated to a Proposal then it cannot be deleted and should be closed instead.
To update a Proposal Transfer Status, click on the Edit Records button, make changes as required and then click on the Save button.
To undo any changes since the last save, click on the Undo Edits button.
