Rules/Notes: The Correspondence check box is display-only. It is used in the Maintain Address Types form (ORGF0116) to indicate if an Address Type can by used for correspondence. Note: If a user attempts to edit an Address Type belonging to an Address Group that contains both correspondence and non-correspondence Address Types, an error message is displayed informing them that an Address Group with a mix of Address Types can potentially cause correspondence addresses to be end-dated by students in Student Connect (i.e. it is possible for students to end-date a correspondence address by adding a future address for a non-correspondence type, thereby leaving a student without an active correspondence address).
