The Training Plan Template Report

Training Plan Template report is the hardcopy contract (the Apprentice Training Plan). This is primarily used in negotiations between the Registered Training Organisation, the apprentice and the employer or host employer.
This report is formatted with the Training Plan Template and no person specific data. To display qualification information a user can run the report for a specific course when selecting the Training Plan Template.

This report is accessed via the main menu.

 

The Training Plan Template block contains:

Parameters

  • Training Plan Template Code
  • Training Plan Template Status
  • Approver Person ID
  • Employer Code
  • Course Code
  • Start Date Range
  • End Date Range
  • Include Unit Schedule check box

Rule/Notes:

At least one parameter must be entered.

If one date is entered for the Start Date then the other date must also be entered.

If one date is entered for the End Date then the other date must also be entered.

Outline of Training Plan Template report:

The first section of the Training Plan Template report includes:
Text type content for the system value of Header Page 1
Text type content for the system value of Training Plan title
Text type content for the system value of Introduction
Course Title, Code and Location details.
Approver Type and details (Details reported depend on the Approver Type)

The second section includes:
Training Plan unit group and unit details

The third section includes:
Text type content of each of the system values of Body text.

The last section includes:
Text type content for the system value of pre-signature statement.
Repeating frame for all Signatories:

Text type content for the system value of post signature statement

All pages will also contain the text type content of the footer
All pages, except the first page will also contain the text type content of the header.
Note: If data does not exist for an area of the report then that section will be left blank.

If the ‘Include Unit Schedule’ checkbox is selected, an extra page is created with Delivery Location, Assessment location, Delivery date and Unit Period details displayed.
