Rules/Notes:

It is not possible to have over-lapping Concession periods.

Important: Whenever a change is made in this form a fee assessment must be run. (For example, a fee assessment must be run if a Concession Type is inserted, updated or deleted, as capping and charge calculations may be affected.)

The Verification Status recorded in Maintain Verification Status (ADMF0360) is also used on this form.

The 'Verification Status Update By' and 'Verification Status Updated On' fields are automatically populated by the system, if the 'Capture Audit Details' indicator was set (in ADMF0360) for the Verification Status that is being saved.

  • If the Capture Audit Details indicator of the record's Verification Status was set to 'Y' in ADMF0360, then the fields are automatically updated (with the current user's Oracle username and the system date/time) when the record is created or when the Verification Status is updated in this form.
  • If the Capture Audit Details indicator of the record's Verification Status is set to 'N' in ADMF0360 then no audit details are saved and the fields are cleared of any values.

The DECEASED or ENCUMBERED lamp is displayed if the person is deceased or encumbered respectively.
