ENRF3230 - Maintain Load Variation Reason

To record Load Variation reason values.

This form is used to record institution-defined Load Variation Reason values that are used to describe the standard reasons for approving student load variations. These values are used when recording student load variation details via the Maintain SCA Load Variation form (ENRF3200). For example, standard reasons may include compassionate or compelling circumstances.

This form is accessed via the Main Menu.

 

The Load Variation Type block contains:

  • Load Variation Type
  • Description
  • Closed (check box)
  • Comments
