This form is used to record appeal details. As the types of appeals recorded vary from institution to institution, depending on the policies of each institution, an institution-defined appeal type can be recorded for each appeal.

External appeal details can only be recorded if the internal appeal has an unsuccessful outcome recorded.

It will also be possible to record details of documents that support or otherwise relate to an appeal by:

  • Uploading documents, or
  • Recording references to documents stored in an external document management system.

When the user wishes to upload a document, a Document Type must be specified before selecting and uploading the document. A new system Document Type will be created. When the user wishes to reference an external document, they need only insert the relevant details in the External Reference field.

This form can be accessed in three ways:

  • In context, via the Maintain Person Encumbrance (ENRF6310) form
