This form is used to record and maintain institution-defined Types of Stay codes.

A Type of Stay code represents the type of accomodation that an 'Educational Services for Overseas Students' (ESOS) student can occupy, such as 'student accomodation' or 'guardian accomodation'. The code may be used when recording accomodation arrangements (ENRF3250) for ESOS students who are under the age of 18 and for whom the institution has taken on responsibility for approving welfare arrangements.

This form is accessed from the main menu.

The Type of Stay block contains:

• Type of Stay Code
• Description
• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Each institution-defined Type of Stay Code must be unique.

A description must be entered for each code.

A code can be closed to prevent any further use by selecting the Closed check box.
