This page is used to set up the following configuration options for specific Units used in Course Plan Structures published in the public-facing Course Plan Enquiry system:
For Publication Text and URLs, a Note Type must first be created in CRSF11F0 and then used to create a note against the required Unit in CRSF2280. The purpose of the Note Type is to hold the Publication Text or URL that will be available for display for the Unit during enquiry in the Course Plan Enquiry system.
This page is also one of the Reference Data pages that is used to set up data required in Course Plan Structure pages.
This page is accessed via the main menu.
The following table describes each field on the CRSW1090 page, including applicable Table values.
An asterisk (*) indicates the field is mandatory when creating a new Course Plan Structure Configuration.
Note: Field labels are institution-configurable.

| *Unit Note Type for Unit Publication Text | Select the required Note Type from the drop-down list. This Note Type will hold the publication text that will be available for display for an associated Unit when the related Course Plan Structure is enquired on. The Note Types available for selection are set up in CRSF11F0 and then linked to the required Unit in CRSF2280. If a Note Type is specified against a 'Unit Note Type for Unit Publication Text' option in CRSF11F0, then that Note Type cannot be deleted. S_CRS_PLAN_CONF.PUBLICATION_TEXT_NOTE_TYPE |
