The ability to record Regalia details for Awards and Courses
SubSystem Course Structure and Planning
Normally Run By Course/Planning Specialist
Anticipated Frequency At the beginning of the Course Year, or as required
Structure Blocks Course Award
Course Award Regalia Type Override

 

This form provides the operator with the ability to record regalia details for awards and courses. It stores course award regalia override with regalia types referenced from CRSF11I0.


This form can be accessed directly from the menu or in context via CRSF1210, by selecting the Course Award Regalia button on CRSF1250.

 

The Course Award block contains:

  • Course Code
  • Version Number
  • Sector
  • Status
  • Title
  • Award Code

The Course Award Regalia Type Override block contains:

  • Regalia Type
  • Description
  • Closed check box
  • Comments

 

To Override Course Award Regalia Type:

  • Select a Regalia Type from the LOV
  • If applicable, tick the Closed Box
  • Enter any relevant comments into the Comments field
