The ability to record Regalia details for Awards and Courses
SubSystem Course Structure and Planning
Normally Run By Course/Planning Specialist
Anticipated Frequency At the beginning of the Course Year, or as required
Structure Block Regalia Type  

 

This form provides the operator the ability to record Regalia details for Awards and Courses. It stores Regalia Types and descriptions for use in the Maintain Award Regalia (CRSF1195) and Maintain Course Award Regalia Override (CRSF1255) forms.

 

The Regalia Type block contains:

  • Regalia Type
  • Description
  • Closed check box
  • Comments

 
To create a Regalia Type:
  • Enter a Regalia Type
  • Enter a Description, relating to the Regalia Type
  • If applicable, tick the Closed Box
  • If applicable, enter a comment in the Comments field
