CRSF11G0 - Maintain Course Approval Status

Purpose

The ability to record and track details about Course Quality Assurance processes
SubSystem Course Structure and Planning
Normally Run By Course/Planning Specialist
Anticipated Frequency At the beginning of the Course Year, or as required
Structure Block Course Approval Status

 

This form provides the operator the ability to record and track details about Course Quality Assurance processes, including the accreditation, re-accreditation and development of courses. It stores Course Approval Status’, System Approval Status’ and descriptions for use in the Maintain Course Approval Type (CRSF11H0) and the Maintain Course Approval (CRSF12G0) forms.

 

The Course Approval Status block contains:

  • Course Apporval Status
  • Description
  • System Approval Status
  • Closed check box

 

To create a record:

  • Enter the Course Approval Status into the field
  • Enter a Description related to the entered Status
  • From the LOV select the System Approval Status
  • Tick the Closed box, if the record needs to be Closed
