This form provides the operator the ability to record and track details about Course Quality Assurance processes, including the accreditation, re-accreditation and development of courses. It stores Course Approval Status’, System Approval Status’ and descriptions for use in the Maintain Course Approval (CRSF12G0) form.

 

The Course Approval Type block contains:

  • Course Apporval Type
  • Description
  • Closed check box

The Course Approval Type Status block contains:

  • Course Approval Status
  • Description
  • Display Order

 
To create and Approval Type
  • Enter Approval Type
  • Enter a relevant Description
  • Tick the Closed Box, if applicable
  

To create and Approval Type Status

  • Select the Course Approval Status from the LOV
  • Enter a relevant Description
  • Enter Display Order

Rules/Notes:

The number entered into the Display Order Field, relates to the order of records displayed in the LOV.
