Correspondence Detail The processes leading up to the use of this form are described under Correspondence Detail (CORF2330). The form is used to save, view and modify a correspondence item in ASCII text format and message content. Editing is carried out directly in the form. Typical uses of text correspondence include the saving of the body of an email message, or the storing of a text based data extract used in the generation of a form (such as an enrolment form). Correspondence can be created here but is more commonly copied from another source and pasted into the ASCII Text field. For further information on Incoming Email, see Correspondence Special Topics (CORINTR5). To access this form, the user first needs to access the Detail button of Register Correspondence Item (CORF2310), then the Edit button in CORF2330. |
