Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve the required Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment record.

Changes to the Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment are displayed in reverse chronological order.

Note that even if the parent Enrolment Confirmation record is deleted, this form will still display the history associated with the Enrolment Confirmation record. In this case a DELETED lamp is displayed.
