Purpose

This form displays History details for a Person.

This form displays a history of changes made for a Person in the Callista SMS. Information displayed is a history of changes made in ADMF1213.

When Person data is updated or created in Callista forms a record of the change is tracked within this form. When a Person is deleted via Callista forms the corresponding history details are also removed.

This function also displays the following details:

• History Start
• History End Date
• History By

This form is accessed from the main menu.

Rules/Notes:

The screen is divided into two blocks:

• Person
• Person History

Fields in the Person History block cannot be edited.
