Purpose

To display a history of the changes made to Student Welfare Arrangements recorded for an ESOS student.

This form is used to display the history of changes applied to an ESOS student's Student Welfare Arrangements (ENRF3250).

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Student Welfare Arrangement form (ENRF3250).

The form is accessed from the main menu.

Student Welfare block:

• Person ID
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Welfare Start Date

Student Welfare Arrangement History block:

• History Start Date
• Type of Stary Code
• Welfare End Date
• Comments
• History End Date
• History By
