Purpose

To display history details for a Unit Offering Options Teaching Responsibility Overrides

This form is used to display the history of changes to the Teaching Responsibility Override applied to a particular Unit Offering Option.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Teaching Responsibility Overrides form (CRSF2520).

The Unit Offering Option block contains:

• Unit Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Unit Status
• Title
• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
• Location
• Unit Class

The Teaching Responsibility Override History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Override Org Unit
• Org Unit Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Unit Offering Option or ALL Unit Offering Options.

A query can be performed to retrieve only those Unit Offering Options for a particular Calendar Type, Location or Class.

Changes to the Teaching Responsibility Overrides are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Unit Offering Option where the form has been previously accessed within the current session.
