Purpose

To display history details for an International Student's Visa Type and Number

This form provides for multiple immigration offices (recorded in ENRF3050) over the duration of a student's enrolment. This is achieved by introducing a standard Callista history table on the INTERNATIONAL_VISA table. This form will enable user to inquire on that history.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Person International Details form (ENRF3050).

The Student Unit Set Attempt block contains:

• Person ID
  Enter the Person ID number. This is the parent field that must be entered first.
• Sex
• Date Of Birth
• Visa Type
• Visa Number
• Start Date
• End Date

The Student Unit Set Attempt History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

All queries from the top block will give answers in the lower block. The details in the lower block cannot be deleted.

Data entered in ENRF3050 appears in this form. Data deleted from ENRF3050 will not appear in this form.
