This report lists details of students who have been recorded as non-enrolled with an outcome during the assessments process

Run Details

This job is normally run through the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem during assessment results processing, as results are either:

• Manually entered into Callista (When students not known to the System in the unit offering option being processed are recorded as non-enrolled) or
• Loaded into Callista via the electronic upload process (when both student records which fail validation and records which have failed to upload are recorded as non-enrolled), for the purpose of resolving these cases.

  This parameter allows the report to be produced for unresolved outcomes, resolved outcomes or both unresolved and resolved outcomes.

  This parameter allows the report to be produced for keyed outcomes, uploaded outcomes, or both keyed and uploaded outcomes.
• Update Period Start Date
• Update Period End Date

Note: The % symbol indicates that the parameter is not considered for processing.

Parameters allow this report to be produced for:

• All non-enrolled students in an Assessment Period or
• A subset of non-enrolled students.

The report may also be produced for non-enrolled students recorded in a give period of time, allowing a list to be produced containing only those students recorded since the last time the report was run.

The report lists details of the student and the course and unit for which an outcome was recorded.

Administrators are able to use the information to assist in resolving these cases.

ASSF5333 allows a checkbox to be set against each non-enrolled Student Unit Attempt record to indicate that it has been resolved.

If a student for whom non-enrolled details are recorded is actually enrolled in the unit in the same Teaching Period, details of the actual Unit Attempt are displayed in the report. Otherwise, the value UNKNOWN is displayed in the Actual Student Unit Att(empt) fields (Location, Class and Status).

The Comments field is reserved for handwritten annotations.

Note that if the % value is left in the Rollbook ID field , then all Rollbooks that fit the defined parameters will be reported.
