ADMR1140 - Admissions Completeness Check Report

Purpose

This report displays information on the completeness of person and Admission application records for the selected parameters.

This job is run frequently throughout Admission Periods. This enables the user to detect and correct missing data that would prevent an offer being made to the applicant.  Items that have been designated as Mandatory in ADMF2M30 are checked.

There are two ways in which this report is used:

  • When there is an attempt to make an offer and it fails. The user can then choose to run this report by selecting the zoom for it. Specify parameters and a Person ID if it is to be run for a single person.
  • In bulk during the Admission Period to check all application instances for the particular Commencement Period. The report can be run in batch or immediate modes using this method.

  • Admission Process Category (LOV)
  • Admission Method Type (LOV)
  • Person ID
  • Organisation Unit (LOV)
  • Course Code

Rules/Notes:

A report of the missing data encountered in Admission Course Application Instances and at the person level is produced. The report provides an explanation of each error.

The parameters in this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.
