After the Census Date, Enrolment data is extracted from Callista to create the TISC Offer Acceptance file. The file is then provided to TISC to enable the finalisation of the TISC processes. A file of applicant details, to be read by Callista during the process, is not provided by TISC for update, as per the VTAC model. Identification of applicants for inclusion in the return file is based on the Academic Period, Admission Periods, Offer Round and Alternate Person ID Type specified as run parameters. Rules/Notes: All fields are Mandatory. Mandatory input parameters must not be blank. The user can select a ‘%’ option in Admission Offer Round Periods. This will allow all Admission Periods to be returned.The % value will be the initial value. The Output File Name is not to be longer than 60 characters in length. |
Rules/Notes: Each record in the File should have the following fields:
Each field is to be the character length specified. If the data in the field is not up to the required length, then the field data should be padded out with spaces (e.g. RPAD). |

Rules/Notes: A student with an ACAI outside the Academic Period and Admission Period defined in the parameter form that has an Alternate Person ID with a Alternate Person ID Type of TISC is not included in the Return File. A student with multiple ACAI’s across various Academic and Admission Periods, only have the ACAI that matches the parameter form defined Academic and Admission Period included in the return file. A student with 2 ACAI’s where the Admission Periods differ within the same Academic Period, only have the ACAI that matches the parameter form defined Academic and Admission Period included in the return file. A student with an ACAI where the Academic and Admission Periods match the parameter form defined Academic and Admission Period included in the return file. A student with an Alternate Person ID that does not match the parameter form defined Alternate Person ID Type will not be included in the return file. Students with a single Offer Round record that does not match the parameter form defined Offer Round will not be included in the return file. If a student has multiple Offer Round records, only the record that matches the parameter form defined Offer Round will be included in the return file. A
