Purpose

This allows TISC Offer data to be loaded into Callista

This function will enable TISC offer data, supplied by TISC in a specific file format, to be loaded into Callista.

The file must be a in the flat file format supplied by TISC.

The process:

• Validates the file format
• Validates the selected Element values
• Checks for existing IDs before loading new person.
• Inserts/Updates Address details
• Creates Admission Application, Admission Course Application and Admission Course Application Instance
• Creates a Student Course Attempt if the Pre-Enrol check box is selected
• Inserts/Updates person statistics
• Inserts an Alternative Person ID
• Inserts Secondary Education details
• Inserts Tertiary Education details
• Writes failed data to the Error log within Callista SMS

Rules/Notes:

Validations include:

• Mandatory input parameters must not be left blank
• Email Address Type cannot be null when Include Phone with Email Address Type is checked

The following fields; Assessment Type, Override Admission Category, and Email Address Type are optional fields. All other fields and check boxes are Mandatory.
