ADMF32X0 - Maintain Admission Application Access and Equity

Purpose

This function allows for the assigning of Access and Equity Categories to an Admission Application

This function allows for the assigning of Access and Equity Categories to an Admission Application. These assigned Access and Equity Categories maybe used by Application Assessors to assist in determining whether or not an offer will be made to the applicant.

Within this function an administrator can also record an Access and Equity comment provided an Access and Equity Category is selected. The Access and Equity information displayed will be:

  • Access and Equity Category
  • Description
  • Access and Equity Comment

This form is accessed from the main menu.

 

The Admission Application block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date of Birth
  • Commencement Period
  • Admission Process Category

The Access and Equity Category tab contains:

  • Access and Equity Category (LOV)
  • Description

The Access and Equity Comments tab contains:

  • Access and Equity Comments

Rules/Notes:

Validations include:

  • Access and Equity Category can not be closed
  • Comment can only be recorded if Admission Application Access and Equity Records exists
  • Display message if no data entered before completing query
