Admission Course Application Instance Notes are used primarily for agents to record details about an Admission application.

This form is able to create and read Notes, but not update previously created Notes.

Accessed from the main menu or through ADMF3000, via the Application button at the bottom of the screen, and then through ADMF3240 (cannot be invoked from ADMF3240 when not in Person context), via the Notes button at the bottom of the screen.

 

The Admission Course Application Instance block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date of Birth
  • Application Number
  • Commencement Period
  • Admission Process Category
  • Pref Number
  • Nominated Course Code
  • Title

The Admission Course Application Instance Note block contains:

  • Admission Appl Note Type
  • Description
  • Note Format Type
  • Last Updated By
  • Last updated On

Rules/Notes:

The following Validations apply:

  • A Note can only be created for an Open Admission Course Application Instance Note Type
  • A Note can not be updated when it has a System Type of FROM-AGENT
  • A Note can not be updated when it has a System Type of TO-AGENT
