Purpose

This function enquires on the state of completion of each specific Admission Application Web Step.

It allows for the manual recording of the completion date against each Step Type.

The Completion Date for each Web Step will be automatically set each time new application details are created or confirmed.

The form can be accessed through the main menu, or via the Admission Steps button in ADMF3240.

The Admission Course Application Instance block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth
• Commencement Period
• Admission Process Category
• Nominated Course Code
• Title
• Pref No
• Entry Qualification Status (LOV)
• Documentation Status (LOV)
• Outcome Status (LOV)
• Offer Response Status (LOV)

The Admission Step block contains:

• Admission Step Type
• Description
• Step Group Type (Pop List)
• Online Admissions Completed Date

Rules/Notes:

A user can not insert or delete a Step against an Admission Course Application Instance through this form. Hence, the ‘Online Admission Completed Date’ is the only updatable field in this form.

A Validation is:

• A future Date cannot be entered into the Online Admissions Completed Date field
