This form is used to record and maintain planning targets for the number of students enrolled at the census date for the institution.

Each institution aims to enrol a number of students each year that meet defined characteristics. For example: hearing impaired, females in non-traditional courses, commencing or returning students.

Submission Student Targets are recorded to establish the minimum requirements the institution aims to achieve.

For further details on Student Intake Targets refer to the Admissions for the Subsystem Specialist overview.

The Submission Period block contains:

The Submission Intake Targets block contains:

The Amount Type indicates how the intake target is calculated. The current Amount Types are EFTSU, EFTSL, PERSON, PERCENTAGE, WEFTSU and WEFTSL.

Where the Amount Type or Override Amount Type is PERSON, the Target and Maximum values must be in increments of 0.5.

Where the Amount Type or Override Amount Type is PERCENTAGE, the Target and Maximum values cannot exceed 100.
