Purpose

To allow the recording of institution-defined Enquiry Information Types.

Use this form to record institution defined codes for Enquiry Information Type.

These codes are used to describe the nature of the applicant's enquiry. For example: COURSE, FEES, ACCOMODATION. The data maintained in this form is used in the Enquiry Information Type overlay displayed by selecting the Information Type button in the Record Admission Enquiry form (ADMF1200).

Each code can be optionally mapped to an Enquiry Package Item. Enquiry package items are recorded in the Maintain Enquiry Package Items form (ADMF1150).

The Enquiry Information Type block contains:

Rules\Notes:

Once used in the System, Enquiry Information Type Codes cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

Where a mapped Enquiry Package Item has been closed in ADMF1150, an '*' appears next to the record and a message is displayed to indicate the item's closed status.
