Purpose

To make changes in Australian Secondary Education (ASE) subjects.

ADMF0430 is used to make the following changes to ASE subjects:

  • Change one subject to another subject
  • Make changes that combine two ASE subjects into one subject

 

The Australian Secondary Subject block contains:

  • Subject Code
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Secondary Subject Status
  • Assessment Type
  • Subject Mark Level

The Secondary Subject Relationship block contains:

  • Include Deleted Subjects checkbox
  • Subject Code
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Secondary Subject Status
  • Assessment Type
  • Mark Level
  • Description
  • Delete Date
  • Comments

Rules/Notes:

ADMF0430 can be navigated to from the main menu or by clicking on the Subject Relationship button in ADMF0400.

Records are sorted by ASSUB.SUBJECT_CD in ascending order and by ASSUB.START_DT in descending order.
