| This form is used to set up the list of valid Health Care Type Codes. Health Care Type Codes can be recorded against a Maintain Health Care Cover Details (ADMF32U0) as part of the Admission Process for international students.

Rules/Notes: Once used in the System, records cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use. |
