This form is used to set up the list of valid Recruitment Reference Codes.

Recruitment Reference Codes can be recorded against a Maintain Admission International Detail form (ADMF32R0) as part of the admission process for international students. They record marketing information about the recruitment of the student.

 

The Recruitment Reference block contains:

  • Recruitment Reference Code
  • Description
  • Closed check box
  • Explanation
  

Access directly from menus. An option is to add an explanation of individual Recruitment Reference Codes.

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, records cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.
