Person Address Update - New for Release 10.1

This application is used to update a student's address details in Student Connect.

An example of the Person Address Update screen is shown below:

The Update Statistics Address link is displayed for the person address type if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The address type being updated has been flagged as a ‘Persons Statistics’ address type in ORGF0116.
• The updated Address’s Start Date is equal to today’s date and the address is a domestic address.
• The updated Address’s Postcode is different to the previous Address’s Postcode.
• The student’s current Persons Statistic record has a Start Date equal to or less than today’s date and the End Date open.
• If either one or both of the Person Statistic Home Residence Postcode or Semester Residence Postcode differ to the updated postcode in the address record.
• If the Person Address Update application is invoked through menu in student connect.

The link invokes the Person Statistics Address Update application to allow the student to update their Home Residency and Semester residency codes. It will not be displayed for future dated person address records.
