System Credits Report (INTRC110) New for Release 10.1

Introduction

This report is part of Callista Staff Connect and is used to display students' and sponsors' available system credit amounts, with a range of criteria to search by to obtain the results.

After logging onto Staff Connect, the Report is accessed from the main screen. The report (System Credits Report) can be found from a list under the Reports heading on the left-hand side of the main screen.

The user has the choice of viewing the report in DELIMITEDDATA, PDF or XML.

Different information entered into the fields determines what is in the report. Although the reports have a uniform appearance, the data determines the size and content of the report.

The screen information is based on the existing System Credits Report (INTR0110) in SMS (also known as Unmatched Credit Report).

• Sponsor Code (Find Sponsor Code)
• Minimum Age of Credit (Days)
• Course Attempt Status (Check boxes) - This allows individual selection, or more than one selection to be part of the report.

Field Attributes

Validations include:

• If Upper or Lower Credit Range is entered, it must be numeric
• If Upper or Lower Credit Range is entered, the number must not include decimal points
• Upper Credit Range must not be less than  Lower Credit Range
• If Person ID is entered, the number must not include decimal points
• If Minimum Age of Credit is entered, it must be numeric
• If Minimum Age of Credit  is entered, the number must not include decimal points
• At least one Course Attempt Status must be set
• Any of the selected Student Status, Fee Category or Citizenship Code should not be equal
• If the first Student Status is selected as ALL, the other 2 Student Status fields must be blank
• If the first Fee Category blank, the other 2 Fee Category fields must be blank
• If the first Citizenship Code is selected as ALL, the other 2 Citizenship Code fields must be blank

This is an example from only one page of the report produced as a pdf. There are other pages to the report, and depending on selected criteria, what is displayed. Delimited or XML reports will have different layouts.
