Date Alias Instance Report

Date Alias Instance Report (CALRC630) New for Release 10.1

Introduction

This report is part of Callista Staff Connect and is used to provide a list of Date Alias Instance details a specified Date Range. An option is available to include offset and pairs details.

After logging onto Staff Connect, the Report is accessed from the main screen. The report (Date Alias Instance Report) can be found from a list under the Reports heading on the left-hand side of the main screen.

Different information entered into the fields determines what is in the report. Although the reports have a uniform appearance, the data determines the size and content of the report. The user has the choice of viewing the report in DELIMITEDDATA, PDF or XML.

The screen information is based on the existing Date Alias Instance Report (CALR0630) in SMS.

Validations include:

Range Start and End Dates must be in a format of dd/mm/yyyy
Range End Date must not be less than Range Start Date
Range Start and End Dates cannot be blank

This is an example from only one page of the report produced as a pdf. There are other pages to the report, and depending on selected criteria, what is displayed. Delimited or XML reports will have different layouts.
