This form displays a student's activity allocations for an Activity Calendar. The form is called in context of a person, allowing the user to navigate through the different Activity Calendars. For each Activity Calendar this form displays the:

  • Unit Offering Option details, including Unit Version, Teaching Period, Unit Location, Unit Class and Unit Attempt Status
  • Activity Offering details, including Activity Code, Activity Description, Activity Type, Activity Offering Description, Dat, Start Time, End Time, Weeks, Venues, Staff, Activity Group Code, Activity Group Description and Reserve Place Description
  • Course Version details.

This form can only be viewed when Callista Attend is installed.

This form is accessed from Person Inquiry (!NQF1A00), via the Activity Timetable button in context of Person ID, or selecting the Enrolled Courses button, which takes the user to Student Course Attempt (INQF1200) and then via the Activity Timetable button in context of a Student Course Attempt.

 

The Person block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Title
  • Surname
  • Given Names
  • Preferred Given Name
  • Sex (Pop)
  • Date Of Birth
  • Email Address

  • Start Date
  • End Date

The Activity Detail block contains:

  • Unit Version

  • Start Time
  • Activity Description

Rules/Notes:

The following message appears when Person ID and/or Surname has not been entered, and an execute query is performed:

'This query may take time as Person ID and/or Surname search criteria have not been specified. Do you wish to continue with this query?'

The Activity Calendar block will only display Activity Calendars that the student is associated with. That is, where the Activity Calendar (superior) is related to the Teaching Calendar (subordinate).

When called in context from !NQF1A00 or INQF1200, this form can not be queried for any values other than the context variable values.
