GENF1020 - Maintain Cohort Category Mappings

To allow Cohorts to be grouped by Category

Cohort Category Mapping

  

This form is used to map Cohort Categories to Cohorts.

Normally, this form is accessed in context via the Cohort Category Mapping button in the Maintain Cohorts form (GENF1000). It may also be accessed via a menu allowing Cohorts to be queried.

 

The Cohort block contains:

  • Cohort Code
  • System Cohort Status
  • Closed check box
  • Description

The Cohort Category Mapping block contains:

  • Cohort Category
  • Description
 Rules/Notes:

Optionally apply a Cohort Category from the LOV to a Cohort. Cohort Categories are defined in the Maintain Cohort Category form (GENF1010).

Rules/Notes:

Cohort Categories can be deleted from the context Cohort record.

A Cohort can be mapped to more than one Cohort Category.

A Cohort Category cannot be mapped to the same Cohort more than once.
