Encumbrance Categories are described in the overview of Encumbrance functionality. Their effects are detailed in ENRF6320. |
Rules/Notes: Encumbrance Categories are used to identify the two groupings of Encumbrance Effects. They also have navigation effects as described under ENRF6320. At least one Encumbrance Effect must be attached to an Encumbrance Type prior to saving. Encumbrance Types cannot be deleted. They can be closed preventing further use. The effects attached to an Encumbrance Type are applied to a student when the Encumbrance Type is recorded against the student. This is covered in detail under ENRF6320. Encumbrance levels are described under the overview of Encumbrances. Rules relating to levels are explained in the Rules section of ENRF6100. |
