Student Unit Set Attempt Notes block

This form is used to create and maintain Notes associated with Student Unit Set Attempts. When creating a Student Unit Set Attempt Note, an Enrolment Note Type must be specified.

Access directly from menus, or in context via the Notes navigation button in the Maintain Student Unit Set Attempt form, ENRF3252.

ENRF3252 is accessed from:

  • the Student Course Attempt screen of the Record Enrolments form, ENRF3000, if unit sets are included in the allowable procedure steps for the enrolment category used in the session
  • the Complete Student Course Attempt form PRGF4170 in the Progression subsystem. 

If accessed directly from a menu, queries can be made in the Student Unit Set Attempt block of this form.

Notes can only be created in TEXT format.

The Student Unit Set Attempt block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date Of Birth
  • Course Attempt Status
  • Course Version
  • Unit Set Version

The Student Unit Set Attempt Note block contains:

  • Enrolment Note Type
  • Description
  • Note Format Type

Rules/Notes:

In order to be able to perform an action (insert, update or delete) on a Student Unit Set Attempt Note, the current user must not have User (in SECF0040) or Role (in SECF0041), Note Restrictions that prevent this action on that particular Enrolment Note Type.
