The form is typically used to create Notes for inclusion in Academic Transcripts, but may also be used to record other types of Student Course Attempt Notes.

The form is entered via the Notes button displayed in the Student Course Attempt screen of the Record Enrolments form (ENRF3000) or from ADMF3000. This button is only available if CRSNOTES is included as an allowable step for the Enrolment Category, or ACAI-NOTE is included for the Admission Category used in the session.

When accessed via ADMF3000 or ENRF3000, this form is entered in context, displaying Student Course Attempt Details. Any previously created Course Attempt Notes for the context student are also displayed.

Notes can be created in TEXT format only.

For further details on the use of the Notes facility, refer to the Notes Facility section in the General System Functions and Facilities overview.
